We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in Technical Recruitment to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, with the convenience of working from home.

What you will do:
- Performing job and task analysis to plan out the work day
- Documenting job requirements and objectives for the relevant role being recruited for.
- Discussing with clients and providing necessary inputs as per relevant roles
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc
- Screening candidates resumes and job applications
- Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and interest in the role
- Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Making sure that the co-ordination is impeccable between client and candidates
- Interacting with internal clients (other employees) and following protocol of the company
- Providing daily inputs to the respective managers about the days work

Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) will be a positive
- Will have to devote at least 5 to 6 hours from their home on this work.
- People who do not have any experience in similar field, can also apply as online training will be provided.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) will be an added advantage
- Experience using Boolean searches/ string search is good to have
- Excellent communication, good command in English and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills, Phone Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgement.
- Should be Interested to do home based job creating an uninterrupted job environment
- Good internet connection and speed is required, must have a computer/ laptop to work on
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
