This is a role in the operations team of Unnati that requires you to work with clients to help them hire great talent.

WHOM IS THIS ROLE FOR?
~ You are looking for employment where you can continue to manage family commitments without sacrificing your career
~ You are hi on ownership and don't need to be micro-managed
~ You are ready to put in at least 6 hours a day for work, and flexible to give more hours when needed
~ You are technology savvy, and comfortable using cloud based tools like CRM, Applicant Tracking systems etc.
~ You are comfortable making 20+ calls on a daily basis to the target talent pool for our clients
~ You want to work in a place which has long term growth prospects without requiring you to travel to office

WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE?

~ Taking responsibility to meet the hiring targets of clients
~ Understanding role requirements and planning a sourcing strategy for the role
~ Sourcing and attracting candidates by using internal databases, job portals, social media etc
~ Screening candidates resumes and job applications
~ Assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and interest in the role
~ Conducting interviews to filter candidates and sharing them with the client for feedback
~ Making sure that the co-ordination is impeccable between client and candidates
~ Interacting with internal clients (other employees) and following protocol of the company

INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDED:
~ Reliable PC/ Laptop with at least 4 gb Ram
~ Broadband internet connection with speeds of at least 5 MBPS (check your speed on fast.com)
~ Private working space in your home to make calls without disturbance
